Alexandra Gonzalez updated my Homeowners insurance policy to reflect my new mortgage servicer managing my home loan, she updated servicer information including my new mortgage loan number and reviewed changes with me before sending to my servicer. I appreciate Omar Zaid State Farm Insurance and team seamlessly meeting all of my insurance needs from Life/Home/Auto/ RV and motorcycle. Very happy.
